In 2015, Plymouth County Sheriff Joe McDonald’s office hosted their first veterans summit, their bureau of criminal investigation (BCI) responded to thousands of calls, and the Plymouth House of Correction became a place where civilly committed men could work to address addictions and long term sobriety.
